How long does a typical engagement take?
Most strategy engagements run over a few weeks from discovery call to delivered plan. Every plan is built around a 90-day action window, and a follow-up review is included so the plan gets implemented — not filed away.
Do you only work with organisations in the Midlands?
We’re based in Leicester and much of our work is across the East and West Midlands, but we work with SMEs, charities and community groups anywhere in the UK — remotely or in person.
