The approach
Blu Planet Services ran a discovery session to understand their audience, current reach, and where they were losing potential attendees. From there, we developed a channel-by-channel marketing plan focused on the two channels where their supporters were already most active.
The outcome
The organisation walked away with a clear audience mapping, messaging framework, and a 12-week content calendar they could populate themselves. The expected impact: a more focused marketing effort with less wasted effort, and clearer visibility into what works.
