  • Financial records: retained for 6 years in line with HMRC requirements.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

  • Netlify — our website host and form processor. Netlify processes form submissions on our behalf. Their privacy policy is available on their website.
  • Trusted specialist partners — where a project requires specialist design, data or execution support, we may share relevant contact information with our partners. We will tell you when this applies.
  • Professional advisers — accountants, legal advisers, where necessary.
  • Regulators and authorities — where required by law.
